Anti-Flood Airbricks

A standard airbrick left unprotected could allow over 5,000 litres of water per hour to enter a property during a flood.

It is a common feature of flooding that water will often pour in through an unprotected, low level airbrick, before it even enters the building via a doorway aperture. The anti-flood airbrick overcomes this problem and is designed to replace a standard airbrick.

Once installed, the Anti-Flood Airbrick will automatically close and re-open with rising and receding floodwaters. The product is passive and therefore needs no human intervention, making it an ideal way to help holistically protect a property.

We always recommend & install Anti-Flood Airbricks that hold a Kitemark.
